Employer: Esberne Snare Brasserie Location: Kalundborg, Denmark Skills: • Have experience working in a professional kitchen. • Can handle prep, mise en place and service in a structured way. • Have experience with à la carte service. • Care about quality, teamwork and consistency. • Thrive in a busy restaurant environment. • Can work independently and take responsibility during service.
